Chicken, fried tofu and vegetables
I really am impressed by Mike's creativity when it comes to making a good meal out of almost nothing from the fridge. Take this meal for example. It's basically just chicken, tofu and some vegetables, but he was able to turn it into something much more appetizing than your averge chicken, tofu and vegetables. Not only does it look good, it tastes as good. The flavors are all individually preserved yet they mash together deliciously. I'd really love for Mike to take culinary lessons in the future (once our budget permits) and hone his talent in the kitchen.
